there is never a time the why of a thing won't matter. the why always matters as the why informs your who, your what, your when and your how.
this is true when creating something for the benefit of others, such as a podcast. if you are thinking of creating any thing for others now or in the future, be mindful of what you want the outcome to be and who you exist to serve. these components should always align with and wrap back to your why. one of the main reasons I developed the Startup & Thrive Podcast is simply because I have A LOT TO SAY about the entrepreneur journey. i'm ever intrigued by the journeys of others who have been there and are doing that. even when I don't particularly want to express my thoughts or opinions, it doesn't matter as my brain continues to feed me thoughts that usually result in my wish to extend the conversation or learn more.
i created the podcast to dig deeper into the nuances of the eventual entrepreneur journey in a one to many format. there just isn't enough time in the day to have a conversation with everyone i want to uplift and encourage. i started the podcast with the hopes of casting affirmation and realization to my village of going-to- be and called-to-be entrepreneurs. those planning to build a bridge to their fulfilled lives as dedicated entrepreneurs. i created this podcast as a safe place for aspiring determined entrepreneurs who happen to be employees for now but not for long. take a listen to episode 0: the why behind the Startup & Thrive podcast and why you should stay plugged in. i created this for you.
